SR 315 to close north and south of SR 750 mid January


The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is closing SR 315 south of SR 750 to Jewett Road Monday, Jan. 23 for three weeks for tree clearing and utility relocation. SR 315 closes north of SR 750 to Retreat Lane for 3 1/2 months beginning Monday, Jan. 30 for wall construction. Both directions of SR 750 will remain OPEN during construction.

Library to host ‘Freedom’ exhibit from the Gilder Lehrman Institute


Delaware County District Library (DCDL) is welcoming a traveling exhibit from the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History to the Delaware Main Library. From January 9 through February 5, DCDL will host “Freedom: A History of US.”

Powell City Council voted 6-1 to approve a zoning map amendment for 8.75 acres at 2470 West Olentangy Street (former location of the Powder Room Gun Shop & Target Range).
