Police Clerk

Work involves updating offense, incident, and crash reports; verifying and cross-checking information and ensuring accuracy and completeness; preparing periodic statistical reports and analytical reports; answering phones, responding to email, and assisting the public with questions, complaints, and inquiries; preparing and sending cases and videos to court and for public records requests.

Police Officer – Lateral

The City of Powell Police Department has an open Lateral Selection process for Police Officer positions currently available. Qualified candidates will be invited for an interview with our recruitment panel with interviews being scheduled immediately upon receipt of application materials to expedite the process.

Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Housing Council – The CRA Housing Council shall make an annual inspection of the properties within the district for which an exemption has been granted under Section 3735.67 of the ORC. The Housing Council shall also hear appeals under Section 3735.70 of the ORC.
