The City of Powell and the Powell Community Improvement Corporation are hosting a public forum to present the findings from a housing and commercial needs analysis from 7-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 47 Hall Street.
Powell City Council approved the annexation, final development plan and zoning map amendment for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center during last night’s meeting. The plan proposes to construct a medical office building, ambulatory care center and hospital on 44 acres at the northeast corner of Sawmill Parkway and Home Road.
