The City of Powell and the Powell Community Improvement Corporation are hosting a public forum to present the findings from a housing and commercial needs analysis from 7-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 47 Hall Street.
Vogt Strategic Insights performed a real estate market study in 2018 to analyze residential and commercial trends and needs in Powell. The firm will provide a 20-minute to discuss the findings followed by roundtable discussions.
