The City’s Development Department conducted a Downtown Powell Traffic Study from May 20, 2017 to July 26, 2017. The study was conducted with three goals in mind: to gather knowledge, inform decision making and improve parking in Powell.

Jewett Road Roundabout Construction Closures


The Delaware County Engineer’s Office plans to close Jewett Road between Liberty Road and the railroad tracks for the first phase of the new roundabout installation on Monday, June 4 through Tuesday, Aug. 14, weather permitting. Liberty Road will remain open during phase one.

Saperstein Associates presents 2018 Community Attitude Survey findings

Online registration for City residents only begins at 8 a.m. Thursday, April 12, and in-person/online registration for non-residents starts at 8 a.m. Friday, April 13.
