Final development plan for Harper’s Pointe moved to second reading
The final development plan for Harper’s Pointe was moved to a second reading by Powell City Council. Arlington Homes is proposing to construct 47 single-family patio homes on 8.75 acres. This site was home to the long-time Powder Room Gun Shop & Target Range until the summer of 2014.

Council will hold the second reading for the proposed final development plan during their next meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 6 in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 47 Hall Street.

Council celebrates Lions Club 100th Birthday
The Lions Clubs International was founded in 1917 and is celebrating 100 years of humanitarian service. The Olentangy Noon Lions Club is a member of the Lions Club International and is comprised of volunteers with a mission focused on caring for the environment, feeding the hungry, aiding seniors and the disabled, and fighting blindness.

The next City Council meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 6 in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 47 Hall Street.
