Please consult the Development Department before submitting any applications. This ensures that the department is aware of the application and that all application requirements have been met. Once the completed application form is received, it is reviewed by development department staff and the resulting analysis is provided to the P&Z for their consideration before making a decision.
Development in Planned Districts typically go through a sketch plan, preliminary plan, and then final plan review. However, combined preliminary and final plan reviews can be arranged if plan submittal criteria is met. At each step in the process, the applicant must do their best to address staff, P&Z, and public concerns or questions.
