Register to take your picture with Santa throughout the afternoon in the Powell Municipal Building’s East Room. (Resident registration begins Fri., Nov. 10 at Powell.recdesk.com.) The official tree-lighting ceremony takes place at 6 p.m., featuring Santa, Mayor Dan Swartwout, and the Powell Community Band.
