Join us for the City of Powell’s annual Candy by the Carload event at Seldom Seen Park (3232 Seldom Seen Rd.). The parking lot will be transformed into a trick-or-treater’s treasure chest as local businesses and organizations set up booths and trunks filled with candy and other Halloween goodies.
Families must register and select a 15-minute window in order to participate. Registration for residents begins Friday, September 15. If spots are still available, registration will open to non-residents on Sunday, October 1. Deadline for trick-or-treater registration is 5pm on Wednesday, October 18.
Each trick-or-treater should be registered individually. There is no cost to trick-or-treat.
If you are interested in applying to be a vendor at the 2023 Candy by the Carload event, please complete and submit the vendor application by 5pm on Sunday, October 15.
