The City of Powell is committed to maintaining its transportation network for vehicles, bicycles, pedestrians, and all other users. The City will soon start constructing the 2024 Street and Path Maintenance Project at various locations throughout the city. This project will improve over $2.2 million in streets, sidewalks, shared-use paths, guardrails, pavement markings, and other related items. This year’s Street and Path Maintenance Program is the city’s largest investment in infrastructure improvements.
Strawser Paving Inc., the contractor performing the work, will begin mobilizing starting the week of May 19, 2024, and is expected to be completed by early fall.
