Todd Shetler is the City’s new Building Department Inspector and will be handling both residential and commercial building inspections, residential plan reviews and more. He previously served as an independent contractor conducting commercial and residential inspections for New Albany, Fairborn and Bexley. Before becoming an independent contractor, Todd served as the Superintendent for R.W. Setterlin Building Company, Corna/Kokosing Construction and C.V. Perry Custom Homes.
Todd lives in Grove City with his wife Robin and twin daughters.
