Alcohol sales are card only and end at 9:30 p.m. each night.
You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol. ID required as proof of age.
Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA)
The City of Powell has an established Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) in its downtown district. DORA will be in effect both days of Powell Festival from 11am - 10pm, allowing patrons who purchase alcohol in a specially marked cup at Powell Festival to take it outside the event and explore downtown Powell as long as they remain inside DORA boundaries.
