Powell City Council adopted the 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) during Tuesday’s meeting.
The CIP is a major piece of the budget that details the projects the City plans to work on for the next five years. The approved CIP proposes $54.6 million in spending from 2025 to 2029 with $14 million dedicated to spending in 2025.
“Powell’s success relies on the infrastructure and services provided by the City,” said Powell City Manager Andy White. “These capital investments in streets, parks, police, and other infrastructure will improve our community.”
