Get the costumes ready – Candy by the Carload set for Oct. 27

(POWELL, Ohio)–Oct. 22, 2018–The City of Powell is hosting the annual Candy by the Carload event from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 in the Municipal Building Parking Lot, 47 Hall Street.

The parking lot will be transformed into a place for guests to trick or treat. Local businesses and organizations will set up booths and car trunks filled with candy, toys and other Halloween goodies.

Admission is free; however, we encourage guests to bring a canned food item to donate to People In Need, Inc. of Delaware County.

Parking is available in the south grassy lot of Village Green Park or public spaces in downtown Powell.
