City invites public comment on Zoning Code changes

Powell City Council established the Zoning Code Diagnostic Committee in 2016 to perform a comprehensive review of the zoning, subdivision and development requirements in Powell. This review is one of the land use policy recommendations from the City’s 2015 Comprehensive Plan Update.

The City is nearing completion on the Zoning Code update and is inviting the public to comment on changes. Feedback can be provided in the comment section below or during one of the City’s upcoming public meetings.

TITLE ONE

  • Adds various types of streets as an update from the Keep Powell Moving Plan

  • Makes reference to City’s Pedestrian Scale Design Guidelines
