Traffic engineer presents Murphy Parkway Post-Construction Study
A Murphy Parkway Extension post-construction traffic study was conducted by EMH&T Engineering between Oct. 24 and Nov. 2, 2017. The study completed traffic counts at six key intersections, gathered speed data on four neighborhood streets, estimated future traffic volumes, completed intersection capacity analyses and provided recommendations to the City.

The Murphy Parkway extension opened in the fall of 2016 and serves as another downtown Powell bypass, improving traffic flow along Olentangy Street.
