Revamped bonfire event planned this year

The Powell Police Department and Liberty Township / Powell Fire Department are hosting the annual Community Bonfire from 6-8 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 3 in Village Green Park, 47 Hall Street. Powell’s first DORA planned for June 27 & 28

The first-ever Powell Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) is being planned for noon-9 p.m. Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28 in downtown Powell. A final map and list of participating businesses will be shared closer to the date of the event.
